Frequently asked question
Some cookies contain nuts or are produced in a kitchen that handles nuts.
All allergens are clearly listed on each product page.
If you have a severe allergy, please review ingredients carefully before ordering.
We currently ship Canada-wide. Shipping rates outside Ontario are calculated at checkout based on your province.
Our cookies are made using a 10-day dough aging process, which allows the flour to fully hydrate, sugars to break down, and flavours to deepen.
Once the dough has aged:
- Cookies are portioned
- Baked fresh
- Carefully packaged
- Shipped immediately
From order close to delivery, the full process takes approximately 14 days. "Quality takes time and it’s worth it."
Orders typically ship at the end of the aging cycle, once baking and packaging are complete. As the business grows and inventory builds, our goal is to transition into weekly Monday shipping.
Until then, all orders follow the pre-order aging schedule.
Cookies are baked fresh, specifically for your order.
They are never mass-baked months in advance.
Some dough may be prepared in advance and aged properly, but baking always happens just before shipping to ensure peak quality.
Our cookies are baked fresh to order, not mass-produced or shelf-stable. Because of that, they are best enjoyed as close to delivery as possible.
We package our cookies in freshness-preserving packaging to help maintain quality, but like all fresh-baked goods, flavour and texture will gradually diminish over time.
Storage guidelines:
- Best enjoyed within the first few days at room temperature
- Can be refrigerated to extend freshness (except Bueno cookies)
- Can be frozen for longer-term storage
Important note:
We do not recommend refrigerating our Bueno cookies. The wafer pieces in the chocolate bars don’t hold up well in cold temperatures and can lose their texture. These cookies are best stored and enjoyed at room temperature.
Storage and reheating recommendations are included with every order so you can enjoy your cookies at their absolute best.
Yes shipping is included for Ontario residents and built directly into the product price for a smooth checkout experience.

Because ingredients are purchased and dough is made after orders close, we’re unable to make changes or cancellations once the Thursday cutoff has passed.
Please double-check your order before checkout.
Once your order leaves our kitchen, delivery timelines are handled by the courier and are outside of our control.
Because our cookies are fresh baked (not shelf-stable), unexpected shipping delays may affect texture or overall quality. While delays are uncommon especially within Ontario they can happen due to weather, volume, or carrier disruptions.
If you experience a delay or issue with your delivery, please reach out. We’ll always review the situation and support you where possible.
